Once again, and as every year, the Ñandú Mathematics Competition team from St George’s North shined!. Our primary and secondary students managed to adapt to the multiple challenges related to virtual and face-to-face participation and showed excellent self-management, thinking and communication skills.
We are very proud of their overall performance as in these particular times all students undertook this task with joy and commitment, giving their best in each evaluation.
Last August 19th, the math team went to the Marin School to take a very difficult two and a half hour exam where the students displayed all their creativity and knowledge to reach the correct results. After a month and a half waiting, we now have the results!!!! We are proud to announce that Luca L., Ángeles G. and Victoria G. qualified to the National Finals!!! It is a huge achievement for these three students and an extremely enriching event for all participants.
