Student Exchange

A key part of our St George’s education is our desire to form global citizens and the student exchanges programme, open to students in S4 and S5 of Secondary, is an exciting part of this. They provide great benefits for our students:

  • Living and studying outside Argentina means exposure to different cultures, customs and ways of life.
  • Studying abroad means they are immersed in the English language.
  • Living away from home for at least a month fosters self-reliance and independence.
  • Hosting an exchange student in their homes promotes many important values.
  • Learning to be “ambassadors” for their own country, both when they travel abroad and when they host visiting students promotes solidarity and respect.

We work with various schools around the world and you can see the details elsewhere in this exchanges section.
